Ingredients For Tandoori Chicken
Whole Tender Chicken -1
( Weight between 700 to 800 gm)
For first marination :
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder – 1tsp
Lime -1/2 no
Salt – to taste
For second marination :
Hung yoghurt – 120 gm
Kashmiri chilli powder – 35 gm
Turmeric powder – 5 gm
Ginger garlic paste – 1 1/2 tbsp
Mustard oil -30 ml
Salt – to taste
Garam masala -60 gm
Lime -1/2 no
For Cooking :
Butter – for basting while cooking
Kasoori methi,chaat masala & lime juice for finishing
