Ingredients for Gobi Manchurian recipe

Cauliflower – 1 Whole
Salt – To Taste
Corn flour – 1 1/2 Tbsp
Maida or All purpose flour – 2 1/2 Tbsp
Chilli Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Szechuan Chilli Paste – 2 Tsp
Soy Sauce – 2 Tbsp
Egg – 1 No
Oil – 30 ml & for frying
Garlic chopped – 1 Tbsp
Ginger chopped – 1/2 Tbsp
Red Onion – Chapped 1/2 , diced 1/2
Green Capsicum – 1 no
Spring Onion – 3 no
Tomato Sauce – 4 Tbsp
Sugar – 1/2 Tsp
Pepper – 1/4 Tsp
Diluted Cornflour – 1/2 Tbsp
