Butter milk – 600 ml
Taro/Colocasia/Arbi – 400gm
Turmeric powder – 3/4 Tsp
Salt – To Taste
For Grinding
Coconut – 3/4 cup
Ginger – 1 small piece
Green chillies – 4 To 5
Raw rice – 3/4 Tbsp
Split Bengal Gram – 1 1/2 Tbsp
Pepper – 1 Tsp
Cumin – 1 Tsp
For Tempering
Gingerly Oil – 2 Tbsp
Mustard – 1 Tsp
Dry Chillies – 3 no’s
Fenugreek – 1/2 Tsp
Asafoetida – 1/2 Tsp
curry leaves – 3 Sprigs
