Ingredients For Nawabi style Quail

Quail – 4 no’s
Turmeric -1 Tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
Ginger Garlic paste -1 Tsp
Salt – To Taste

Ingredients For Ground Masala

Green chillies – 6 No’s
Poppy seeds -3/4 Tbsp
Charoli – 1 Tbsp
Grated copra – 2 1/2 Tbsp
Cashew nut -3 Tbsp
Fennel Seed -1 1/2 Tsp

Ingredients For Marination

Turmeric – 1/2 Tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1/2 Tbsp
Garam masala -1/2 Tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 Tbsp
Oil – 20 Ml
Salt – To Taste
Whole Spices – bay leaves ,cinnamon,cardamom cloves
Brown onions – 40 Grams
Ghee – 30 ml
Mint leaves – 10 to 12 leaves
Coriander- 2 sprigs
Yoghurt – 100 ml
Lemon -1/2 no
