Preparation time 30 to 40 mins .
The very famous Rava idly made of semolina or Bombay Rava and curd , enhanced with tempering spices in ghee and fresh coriander. It is a very quick and easy recipe for evening time snacks and also good for breakfast and dinner . It doesn’t need any grinding, or long time for fermentation and at the same time it’s a steamed semolina cake so it’s quite healthy .

Ingredients For Rava Idly
Semolina – 1 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Ghee – 20 ml
Mustard – 1/4 Tsp
Channa dhal – 1/2 Tsp
Chopped green chillies – 3 No’s
Curry leaves – 1 spring
Asafoetida – 1 Pinch
Coriander leaves – 1 spring
Cooking Soda – 1 pinch
