Ingredients For Punjabi Samosa

Maida – 5 cup
Ghee – 3/4 cup
Water – 2 cup
Ajwain – 1/4 Tsp
Salt – To Taste

For Masala

Boiled Potatoes – 4
Cumin seeds – 1 1/2 Tsp
Chapped ginger – 1 Tbsp
Fresh Peas – 1 cup
Turmeric powder – 1/4 Tsp
Chilli powder – 1 Tsp
Coriander powder-2 tsp
Salt-to taste
Amchur powder – 1 1/4 Tsp
Chat Masala – 1 Tsp
Fresh coriander-2 sprigs
Oil-30ml
