Cow peas – 2 handful
Grated coconut – 2 cups
Pumpkin – 3/4 Kg
Pepper – 1.25 Tsp
Dry Chillies – 8
Cumin – 1 Tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 Tsp
Chilli powder – 1/4 Tsp
Coconut oil – 2 Tbsp
Salt – To Taste
For Tempering
Coconut oil – 1 Tbsp
Mustard seeds – 3/4 Tsp
Urad Dal – 1 Tsp
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
