It is very simple and tasty and also very handy spice powder in every house kitchen in South India .It’s generally eaten with hot steam rice either with ghee or gingelly oil along with dry vegetable preparation and lentils .

Toor Dal – 1 cup
Fried gram Dal – 1/2 cup
Garlic – 8 pods
Hing – small piece
Pepper – 1 Tsp
Red chillies – 12 no’s
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Salt – To Taste
Oil – 3 Tsp
