This video is about favourite and soft South Indian style Onion Bajji, crunchy made out of chickpea flour, hing and chilli powder. It can be varied with using rice flour for crispness and also can use ajwain seeds. It is very delicious for evening time snack and heavenly on rainy days.

Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
Hing – 1/2 Tsp
