This video is about a good evening time snack prepared out of split black lentils called Mysore bonda . Mysore bonda is very tasty, crispy outside, soft inside. Generally onion is not required for this recipe. This recipe can be prepared on the fasting days as well. Coconut pieces, whole pepper is must in this recipe. Served hot with coconut chutney.

Ingredients For Mysore Bonda
Washed split black lentils – 1/4 kg
Ginger – 1 inch
Pepper – 1 1/4 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Green chilli – 4 no’s
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Coriander leaves – 2
sprig Hing – 1/4 tsp
Salt- to taste
Oil – for frying
Coconut pieces – 2 handful
