This video is about using the mutton offals (liver) with black pepper to make the dish. This is called the mutton liver pepper fry. In this mutton liver it contains a huge variant of protein in it as well as vitamins and minerals, this is often offered to the children.

Ingredients

Shallots – 450 gm
Mutton liver – 1.25 kg
Tomatoes – 2 no’s
Garlic – 12 no’s
Ginger – 1 piece (chopped)
Turmeric – 1 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder – 3/4 Tbsp
Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
Peppercorns – 1 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seed – 3/4 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Gingerly oil – 40 ml
Curry leaves – 2 sprig
Coriander leaves – 2 sprig
Green chilli slit – 6 no’s
Fennel seed – 1 tbsp
Cardamom – 4 no’s
Cinnamon – 4 no’s
Cloves – 6 no’s
Stone flower – few pieces
