This is a very traditional household lentil preparation in a day today life ,tempered with cumin,garlic and curry leaves .

Toor Dal – 3/4 Cup
Raw mango – 1
Green chillies – 8
Shallots – 8
Garlic – 8
Tomato – 1
Turmeric – 1/4 Tsp
Salt – To Taste
Gingelly Oil – 20 ml
Mustard Seeds – 1 Tsp
