Ingredients for Seekh Kebab recipe
Ginger
Garlic
Lamb mince with fat(30 %) – 1/2 kg
Chilli powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Mace powder – 1 tsp
Aromatic Garam masala powder – 3 tsp
Salt – to taste
Fresh coriander -2 sprigs
Fresh Mint – 1 sprig
Butter for basting
Kasuri methi & Chaat Masala for sprinkling on kebab
