You can try this recipe using Country Chicken ( Naatu Kozhi ) as well. This aromatic chicken Curry is spicy and very tasty ,prepared with fresh and roasted ground masalas without coconut.

Ingredients for kozhi Kulambu
For Masala
Coriander Seeds – 4 Tbsp
Red chillies – 10 to 12
Cumin – 1 Tbsp
Fennel Seeds – 3/4 Tbsp
Pepper corns – 1 Tbsp
Cinnamon Sticks – 2 to 3 pieces
Poppy seeds – 1 Tbsp
Shallots – 12 to 15 No’s
Garlic – 8 Cloves
Ginger 2 inch piece – 1
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 Tsp
For Kulambu
Gingelly Oil – 40 ml
Fennel seeds – 1 Tsp
Stone Flower – few pieces
Shallots – 6 to 8 No’s
Onion – 1 to 2 No’s
Garlic – 4 to 6 cloves
Curry leaves – 2 Sprigs
Tomato – 2 to 3 No’s
Chicken with bone – 1 kg
Turmeric – 1/2 Tsp
Rock Salt – To Taste
Coriander leaves – few sprigs
