This dish is a very simple yet very delicious chicken preparation which can be found in the street side hotel in all of TamilNadu. This is a very quick dish to be prepared which uses very simple household spices without too many ingredients.

Fennel seed – 3/4 tsp
Cloves – 4 no’s
Cinnamon – 4 small sticks.
