Masala :
Coriander Seeds – 2 1/2 Tbsp
Red Chillies – 8 – 10 No’s
Cumin Seeds – 1 Tbsp
Fennel Seeds – 3/4 Tbsp
Pepper corns – 3/4 Tbsp
Poppy Seeds – 1/2 Tbsp
Cinnamon Stick – 3 No’s
Cloves – 6 No’s
Cardamom – 4 No’s
Marathi Mokku – 1 No
Star Aniseeds – 2 No’s
Curry Leaves – 2 Sprigs
Grated Coconut – 4 Tbsp
For Gravy / Kulambu
Oil – 30 ml
Fennel Seeds – 1 Tsp
Shallots – 1 Handful
Curry Leaves – 1 Sprig

Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 1/2 Tbsp
