Salmon is known for good source of protein and omega 3 fatty acids. It is good for Pregnant women, nursing mothers, kids and adults. Normally Salmon is eaten raw in Japan . Make sure never overcook the salmon . Kaffir lime leaves has got a peculiar flavour which is normally used in Thai and other Asian cuisine. Salmon portion size cutlets – 2 No’s
Coriander leaves – 3 sprigs
Mint leaves – 6 leaves only
Baby spinach – 12 – 15 leaves
Green chillies- 3 – 4 No’s
Lemon – 1 no
Salt – To Taste
Kaffir lime leaves – 5 No’s
Yogurt – 1 1/2 Tsp
Honey – 3/4 Tsp
