Ingredients For Prawn masala
Prawns – 250 gms
(Cleaned & deveined)
Gingely oil – 30 ml
Shallots – 8 to 10 no’s
Tomatoes – 3 no’s
Turmeric – 8 gm
Chilli powder – 20 gm
Salt – To taste
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
Flat beans – 125 gm
Coriander – 2 sprigs
Sun dried tempering spices,it is also called Thalipu vadagam. It is made of shallots,garlic,mustard,dry chillies ,split black gram lentil,cumin seed,fenugreek seed ,crushed all the ingredients mixed with castor oil and then sun dried
